The shipment of your order

The shipment of our products is always carried out within the next day the preparation times indicated on the product sheet next to the price.

Delivery times must therefore be calculated from the day indicated as "shipped" visible in the order history which you can consult in the personal area of ​​your account in the "Order history and details" area.

From that moment delivery times will depend on the final destination of the order. The approximate delivery times are:

• North America and Canada: about 15-20 days

• Europe: approximately 7-10 days

• Australia / New Zealand and Oceania: about 15-20 days

• Asia: about 15-20 days ׇ

• Latin America and the Caribbean: about 15-20 days

• Africa, United Arab Emirates and Middle East: about 15-20 days

The shipping methods are two:

1) With NON-TRACEABLE Priority Mail: the cost varies according to the weight of the package shipped. Although cheaper, it generally respects the delivery times indicated in the list. However, the lack of a tranceability number does not allow to verify its position and identify it in case of delay.

2) By TRACEABLE REGISTERED mail: the cost varies according to the weight of the package shipped. Less economical than the previous solution, however, it allows tracking via position tracking number. It is not faster than the priority, it also generally respects the times indicated in the list.

You can choose one of the two methods at the time of payment if it is expected based on the weight of the package.

For alternative shipping methods, such as by private courier, contact us directly by email after choosing one of the shipping methods to complete the order. The additional costs, if any, will be agreed later.

Customs duties and import taxes:

Customers who purchase our products take full responsibility for any customs duties applied to the shipment upon receipt of the goods.

If due to customs controls there is a delay in delivery WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. For this reason, complaints or refunds will not be accepted if delivery times are longer due to this episode.

An action on the order in favor of the customer will be considered if the goods are actually unobtainable and not stopped for customs reasons.
